Came for the Snake, Stayed for the Stars

🐍🐍🐍During my vacations I took the opportunity of being at slightly more southern latitudes and very dark skies, to capture the “Dark Snake Nebula” in the constellation of Ophiuchus ⛎When I saw the millions of stars all around, I just didn’t have the heart to crop the image to zoom in on the snake in the middle.Attentive eyes may also notice a globular cluster and a small planetary nebula!
