Dark Scorpion Nebula

Midnight Scorpion Hunt  During a star party nestled under the dark skies of the Swiss Mountains, I embarked on a mission to photograph the Dark Scorpion Nebula. Beneath the pristine night sky, I turned my light bucket of a telescope toward the target and photographed it for 6 hours straight.  This celestial arachnid, shrouded in cosmic dust, unveiled its secrets under the star-studded canopy. I have become a big fan of these dark nebulas lately. There are so many of them and each of them looks so unique!
