In the Company of Stars

I had already shared a wider view of this scene taken with a small telescope, but this close-up image focuses in on the comet itself. There’s still no obvious structure in the tail - just a very faint, delicate extension and a bright, glowing coma standing out against the background of countless stars.
Likely the last time I saw this visitor before it disappears into the outer reaches of our solar system.
