The Sun Today

I've been experimenting with the SHG700 spectroheliograph, a completely new (to me) way of photographing the Sun!
It has definitely been a challenge, as with many things in astrophotography, it takes very little to get something, but it takes quite a bit of effort to get something nice!

I really love the amount of chromosphere detail I was able to get here.
